Bookkeeping with IBRA covers the core work that keeps your finances accurate and organized: categorizing transactions, reconciling your bank and credit card accounts, managing your QuickBooks Online file, and producing monthly financial statements like your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. The result is clean, up-to-date, tax-ready books year-round, so you always know where your business stands.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

IBRA charges flat rates with no hourly surprises and no long-term contracts. Monthly Bookkeeping starts at $500/month, one-time Catch-Up & Cleanup projects start at $750 (a flat quote given after a free assessment), and Full Service, a cleanup plus ongoing monthly books, is $750 + $500/month. Your exact monthly rate depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and complexity, and you get that flat price up front on your free call.

How does the pricing work, flat rate or hourly?

Everything is flat-rate. You get a predictable monthly price for ongoing bookkeeping and a fixed project quote for cleanups, never an open-ended hourly meter or a surprise invoice. Monthly bookkeeping is month to month with no long-term contract, and if your books need a cleanup before we start, that's quoted separately as a one-time project so you always know exactly what you're paying for.

Is the service really 100% remote? How does it work?

Yes, IBRA is a fully remote bookkeeping service, so there are no in-person meetings, office visits, or travel. Your books are managed inside QuickBooks Online with secure, read-only bank and credit card connections that pull in your transactions automatically. We communicate by phone and video whenever you want to talk things through, and you can access your financials anytime from anywhere.

What software do you use?

IBRA works in QuickBooks Online, and the owner is a QuickBooks Certified Partner. QuickBooks Online is cloud-based, so you can log in and view your books from any device at any time. If you're already on QuickBooks Online, we can pick up your existing file; if you're not set up yet, we'll help get you onto it.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a free consultation through our Calendly. On that call we'll learn about your business, look at the shape your books are in, and recommend the right service. From there you'll get a clear flat quote, and once you're ready we connect to your QuickBooks Online and bank feeds securely and get to work, no in-person meeting required.

My books are way behind, can you still help?

Absolutely. Catching businesses up is one of the most common reasons owners come to IBRA, and there's no judgment about how far behind you are. Our Catch-Up & Cleanup service reconstructs your backlog, fixes errors and miscategorized transactions, reconciles your accounts, and cleans up QuickBooks so your financials are accurate and tax-ready. After a free assessment of how far behind and how messy things are, you get a flat quote starting at $750, and many owners then move into monthly bookkeeping so they never fall behind again.

Do you do taxes or file my tax returns?

IBRA does not prepare or file tax returns. Instead, we keep your books accurate, reconciled, and tax-ready all year, and we work hand-in-hand with your CPA or tax preparer at filing time. Clean, organized books make their job faster and easier, which often saves you money and stress at tax season. If you don't already have a tax professional, we're glad to point you toward working with one.
